MDL-25637 is an α-glucosidase inhibitor. MDL-25637 can inhibit the activity of sucrose enzyme, maltase, isomaltase, glucose amylase, and trehalose in the intestinal tract of rats. MDL-25637 can be used in the research of diabetes[1].
