Pibrozelesin (hydrobromide)
Pibrozelesin hydrobromide is a hydrolytic prodrug of Carzelesin (HY-19601) . Pibrozelesin hydrobromide has an anticancer activity. Carzelesin is a cyclopropylpyrroloindole precursor molecule and effectively inhibits tumor growth. Carzelesin may be used in cancer research[1].
