RENCA/GFP stable cell line

RENCA/GFP cells are derived from the mouse renal adenocarcinoma RENCA cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. The RENCA cell line is a useful model for understanding the biology of renal cell carcinoma and testing therapeutic strategies. RENCA/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
