NALM6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

NALM6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human precursor B cell lymphoblast cell line NALM6 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. NALM6 cells stably express CD19, are ideal for testing CAR T cell or other immunotherapies. NALM6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
