CT26 wt/Luciferase stable cell line

CT26.WT/Luciferase cells are derived from the mouse colon carcinoma CT26.WT cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The CT26.WT cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. CT26.WT/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
