A375/iRFP stable cell line

A375/iRFP cells are derived from the human melanoma A375 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. A375 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. A375/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
