BT474/Luciferase stable cell line

BT474/Luciferase cells are derived from the human invasive ductal carcinoma BT474 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The BT474 cell line has been widely used in breast cancer research and drug development. BT474/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
