DOTA-TMVP1446 is a peptide targeting VEGFR-3. When labeled with 68Ga, DOTA-TMVP1446 accurately detects lymph node metastasis, including micrometastases, in the B16-F10 tumor mouse model. It serves as a radioactive tracer for imaging metastatic sentinel lymph nodes (m-SLN) in cancer.
