Z-VRPR-FMK, an irreversible inhibitor of the MALT1 protein, effectively suppresses the proliferation and invasion of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. This is achieved through the inhibition of MALT1-induced NF-?B activation and MMP (matrix metalloproteinase) expression.
