SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-23

SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-23 (Compound 2) is an inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro), effective against both wild-type and mutant Mpro variants with an IC50 range of 0.057-0.92 ?M. It also disrupts the late-stage entry of wild-type SARS-CoV-2 single-round infectious particles (SRIP) and inhibits viral replication of both the Mpro wild-type and its mutants, with an EC50 range of 0.02-0.52 ?M.
