BQ7859 is a probe designed to target PSMA, equipped with a NOTA chelator, offering exceptional imaging capabilities. It can be labeled with various radionuclides such as [68Ga], [18F], [55Co], and [111In]. In mouse prostate cancer xenograft models, BQ7859 (labeled with [111In]) effectively accumulates in tumor regions through a PSMA-dependent mechanism, providing high-contrast tumor imaging. This compound holds promise for research in prostate cancer imaging, particularly in the areas of positron emission tomography (PET) and single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) . Additionally, BQ7859 can be used in the synthesis or study of radionuclide conjugate drugs (RDC) .
