Recombinant mouse Annexin A1/ANXA1 protein
Anxa1 also known as Annexin 1 belongs to the annexin family of Ca2+-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins that have a molecular weight of approximately 35, 000 to 40, 000 and are preferentially located on the cytosolic face of the plasma membrane. Anxa1 protein has an apparent relative molecular mass of 40 kDa, with phospholipase A2 inhibitory activity. Recombinant mouse Anxa1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
