CF®350 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2a (γ2a), 2mg/mL

Goat anti-mouse IgG2a isotype-specific secondary antibody labeled with CF®350 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF®350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®350, CF®405S, and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.The conjugate is prepared from affinity-purified antibodies that react with Fc portion of the heavy chain of mouse IgG2a. To minimize cross reactivity, the antibodies are cross-adsorbed against other mouse IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2b, IgG3), and human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins.
