Anti-Influenza A [H1N1] Antibody

Recommended that the undiluted antibody be aliquoted into smaller working volumes (10-30 uL/vial depending on usage) upon arrival and stored long term at -20° C or -80° C, while keeping a working aliquot stored at 4° C for short term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Stable for at least 1 year.

This antibody detects the following H1N1 proteins: Hemagglutinin (HA) ~75 kDa, Neuraminidase monomer (NA) ~55 kDa, Matrix (M) ~26 kDa and Non-structural Protein monomer (NS) ~26-27 kDa. Reacts with A/New Caledonia/20/99, A/Brisbane/10/2007, A/California/14/2009 and likely reacts with most other isolates.
