ATG16L1 Antibody

Autophagy is the major intracellular degradation system delivering cytoplasmic components to lysosomes, and it accounts for degradation of most long-lived proteins and some organelles. Cytoplasmic constituents, including organelles, are sequestered into double-membraned autophagosomes, which subsequently fuse with lysosomes. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ATG16L1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ATG16L1 antibody can be used for detection of ATG16L1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. ATG16L1 antibody can be used for detection of ATG16L1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
