CCT6B Antibody

CCT6B is a molecular chaperone that is a member of the chaperonin containing TCP1 complex (CCT), also known as the TCP1 ring complex (TRiC) . This complex consists of two identical stacked rings, each containing eight different proteins. Unfolded polypeptides enter the central cavity of the complex and are folded in an ATP-dependent manner. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CCT6B antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CCT6B antibody can be used for detection of CCT6B by ELISA at 1:312500. CCT6B antibody can be used for detection of CCT6B by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
