COL4A3BP Antibody

COL4A3BP is a kinase that specifically phosphorylates the N-terminal region of the non-collagenous domain of the alpha 3 chain of type IV collagen, known as the Goodpasture antigen. Goodpasture disease is the result of an autoimmune response directed at this antigen. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store COL4A3BP antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

COL4A3BP antibody can be used for detection of COL4A3BP by ELISA at 1:312500. COL4A3BP antibody can be used for detection of COL4A3BP by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
