Background

PPIB is a cyclosporine-binding protein and is mainly located within the endoplasmic reticulum. It is associated with the secretory pathway and released in biological fluids. This protein can bind to cells derived from T- and B-lymphocytes, and may regulate cyclosporine A-mediated immunosuppression. PPIB antibody can be used for detection of PPIB by ELISA at 1:1562500. PPIB antibody can be used for detection of PPIB by western blot at 5.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
