CUGBP2 Antibody

Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CUGBP2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CUGBP2 antibody can be used for detection of CUGBP2 by ELISA at 1:312500. CUGBP2 antibody can be used for detection of CUGBP2 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
