ILF3 Antibody

Nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) is a transcription factor required for T-cell expression of interleukin 2. NFAT binds to a sequence in the IL2 enhancer known as the antigen receptor response element 2. In addition, NFAT can bind RNA and is an essential component for encapsidation and protein priming of hepatitis B viral polymerase. The encoded protein, which is primarily localized to ribosomes, probably regulates transcription at the level of mRNA elongation. At least three transcript variants encoding three different isoforms have been found for this gene.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ILF3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ILF3 antibody can be used for detection of ILF3 by ELISA at 1:62500. ILF3 antibody can be used for detection of ILF3 by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
