SDHB Antibody

Complex II of the respiratory chain, which is specifically involved in the oxidation of succinate, carries electrons from FADH to CoQ. The complex is composed of four nuclear-encoded subunits and is localized in the mitochondrial inner membrane. The iron-sulfur subunit is highly conserved and contains three cysteine-rich clusters which may comprise the iron-sulfur centers of the enzyme. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SDHB antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SDHB antibody can be used for detection of SDHB by ELISA at 1:62500. SDHB antibody can be used for detection of SDHB by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
