CDC5L Antibody

CDC5L shares a significant similarity with Schizosaccharomyces pombe cdc5 gene product, which is a cell cycle regulator important for G2/M transition. CDC5L has been demonstrated to act as a positive regulator of cell cycle G2/M progression. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CDC5L antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CDC5L antibody can be used for detection of CDC5L by ELISA at 1:312500. CDC5L antibody can be used for detection of CDC5L by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
