RXRA Antibody

Retinoid X receptors (RXRs) and retinoic acid receptors (RARs), are nuclear receptors that mediate the biological effects of retinoids by their involvement in retinoic acid-mediated gene activation. These receptors exert their action by binding, as homodimers or heterodimers, to specific sequences in the promoters of target genes and regulating their transcription. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store RXRA antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

RXRA antibody can be used for detection of RXRA by ELISA at 1:312500. RXRA antibody can be used for detection of RXRA by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
