TRIM29 Antibody

This protein belongs to the TRIM protein family. It has multiple zinc finger motifs and a leucine zipper motif. It has been proposed to form homo- or heterodimers which are involved in nucleic acid binding. Thus, it may act as a transcriptional regulatory factor involved in carcinogenesis and/or differentiation. It may also function in the suppression of radiosensitivity since it is associated with ataxia telangiectasia phenotype.The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the TRIM protein family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TRIM29 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TRIM29 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM29 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TRIM29 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM29 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
