Pragmin Antibody (Phospho-Tyr413) : FITC (OAAF05457-FITC)
Product Specifications
Gene Aliases
NACK, PEAK2, SGK223, PRAGMIN
Gene ID
157285
Swiss Prot
Q86YV5
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from the Internal region of human Pragmin around the phosphorylation site of Tyr413.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
FITC: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Molecular Weight
149 kDa
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
Pragmin (Phospho-Tyr413) antibody detects endogenous levels of Pragmin only when phosphorylated at Tyr413.
