Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 1180-1229 amino acids from the C-Terminal region of human VEGFR2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr1214.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
Biotin
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, IHC, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Dilution
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Molecular Weight
151 kD
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
VEGFR2 (Phospho-Tyr1214) antibody detects endogenous levels of VEGFR2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1214.
