Binding of CSF1R to CSF-1 or IL-34 activates a cascade of extracellular pro-cell survival kinases, including PI3K, ERK1/2, and JNK. CSF1R also recruits multiple downstream effector proteins/pathways, including PI3K, Grb2, SFK, Src, PKC, etc. CSF1R is involved in embryonic development and tissue repair and is associated with tumorigenesis and cancer progression. CSF1R Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived CSF1R protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
