IR-783
IR-783 (ADS 780WS) is a near-infrared (NIR) heptamethine cyanine fluorescent probe. IR-783 significantly inhibits tumour growth and induces apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 xenograft model. IR-783 can be used to study breast cancer[1].
