UPCDC30766 is a potent allosteric inhibitor of p97, with an IC50 of 12 nM. UPCDC30766 can be used for the research of colon cancer[1]. UPCDC30766 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
