Becotatug

Becotatug (JMT-101) is a humanized IgG1 antibody targeting EGFR. Becotatug can also be conjugated to Afatinib (HY-10261) and Osimertinib (HY-15772) as a synthetic ADC. Becotatug can be used for the study of EGFR-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [1][2].
