CMG-2/ANTXR2, Human (HEK293, His)
The CMG-2/ANTXR2 protein, acting as a receptor for anthrax toxin, binds to collagen IV and laminin, suggesting its role in extracellular matrix adhesion. Gene mutations are associated with juvenile hyaline fibromatosis and infantile systemic hyalinosis. Multiple isoforms have been found. It is expressed in various tissues, including the prostate and endometrium. CMG-2/ANTXR2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CMG-2/ANTXR2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
