The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Aliquot and store at or below -20 °C. <br>Protect conjugated forms from light. Aliquot and freeze the low endotoxin, azide-free product at -20 °C immediately upon receipt. It is expressed as a disulfide-linked homodimer on all NK cells, as well as subsets of thymocytes and peripheral T lymphocytes in selected strains of mice (e.g., C57BL, NZB).1-4, 10 NK1.1 mediates cellular activation and differentiation, and is thought to have a particular role in generating Th2 cells.
