May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human gp91-phox, Mr 75kD. Depending on the type of lysate, the amount loaded, the gel and the blot conditions, gp91-phox may run as a sharp band, Mr ~75kD, or appear as a smear between 75-91kD.
