PECAM1 modulates bradykinin receptor BDKRB2 activation and regulates bradykinin- and hyperosmotic shock-induced ERK1/2 activation in endothelial cells. Signaling through PECAM-1 leads to the activation of neutrophils, monocytes and leukocytes.
