It selectively binds the VL9 peptide from classical MHC class Ia molecules, forming a complex with B2M. HLA-E*0103 Complex Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing HLA-E*0103 and B2M/Beta-2-microglobulin Protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His, C-Avi labeled tag and VMAPRTLVL peptide. HLA-E*0103 Complex Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi), has molecular weight of 52-60 kDa.
