Obacunone

Obacunone is a highly oxidized triterpenoid limonoid isolated from citrus plants. Obacunone exerts its anticancer effects by inducing apoptosis. Obacunone also protects retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells from ultraviolet (UV) radiation (UVR) -induced oxidative damage[1][2][3].
