SNX281
SNX281 is a systemically active non-CDN STING agonist that binds to the STING protein. SNX281 promotes signal transduction of the cGAS-STING pathway, and increases cellular responses to tumor cells. SNX281 activates STING and leads to the production of type I IFNs and proinflammarory cytokines, ultimately stimulating the infilatration of immune cells into the tumor microenvironment. SNX281 enhances anti-tumor immunity, potentially overcoming resistance to checkpoint inhibitors in some cancer. SNX281 can be used in the research for anti-tumor immunity[1][2].
