ZMF-24
ZMF-24 is an anti-triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) agent with IC50 values of 0.22 μM and 0.44 μM against TNBC proliferation in BT-549 cells and MDA-MB-231 cells, respectively. ZMF-24 inhibits Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit D (EIF3D) that disrupts the energy supply of TNBC by inhibiting glycolysis and further induces profound TNBC apoptosis by stimulating persistent ER stress[1].
