Fast Probe Master Mix (5000 rxn)

Fast Probe Master Mix is formulated for conducting real-time PCR using oligo-based probes such as TaqMan® or MGB probes. The master mix contains buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2 and our superior hotstart enzyme Cheetah trade; Taq. Cheetah trade; Taq is a chemically modified hotstart Taq which can be fully activated in 2 minutes, thus permitting fast PCR.
