BactoView™ Dead 690/710 is a novel far-red/near-IR fluorescent DNA dye for no-wash staining of dead bacteria. Unlike traditional dyes like PI that readily stain live gram+ cells, BactoView™ Dead dyes selectively stain dead cells in both gram+ and gram- strains. 500X in water, 100 uL.
