Tubulin polymerization-IN-30 (compound 6e) is a potent inhibitor of tubulin polymerization that disrupts intracellular microtubule organization and arrests the cell cycle at the G2/M phase. Tubulin polymerization-IN-30 exhibits high potency against cancer cell lines HeLa, SGC-7901, and A549, with IC 50 values of 0.403, 2.16, and 2.21 ?M, respectively.
