FLT3-IN-13 (compound 20) is a highly effective inhibitor targeting both topoisomerase II and FLT3 proteins in leukemic cells, with IC50 values of 2.26 ?M for both. It induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase, promotes apoptosis, and displays considerable anticytotoxic activity specifically against leukemia [1].
