Bioactivity
PAC is a chemical conjugate consisting of an ADCs linker and PROTACs linked to an antibody. When PAC is conjugated to an antibody, it exhibits enhanced degradation of estrogen receptor-alpha (ER?) in comparison to PROTAC alone.
